General Objective

It is the policy of the Water and Sewer Department of the City of Talladega to be fair and consistent in collecting all money due to the TWS in conforming with all federal state and local laws and in a manner that enables the TWS to build and retain the maximum customer goodwill while providing water and sewer services to the people of this area. Our offices are normally opened Monday through Friday, except weekends and holidays.

Hours of Operation

Main Office - 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Drive Through - 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Service Center - 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

24 Hour Depository

For your convenience, we have a 24 hour depository located just outside our main office building, and payment via mail is also available. To insure proper credit to your account, please include the correct return portion of your bill.
