a. Commercial General Liability Insurance

• General Aggregate: $2,000,000.00
• Products & Completed Operations Aggregate:  $2,000,000.00
• Personal & Advertising Injury:    $1,000,000.00
• Each Occurrence:    $1,000,000.00
• Damage to Rented Premises:   $100,000.00
• Medical Expense per Person:   $5,000.00

b. Automobile Liability Insurance    $1,000,000.00

c. Workers Compensation Insurance:

• Bodily Injury by Accident  $1,000,000.00 each accident
• Bodily Injury by Disease  $1,000,000.00 policy limit
• Bodily Injury by Disease  $1,000,000.00 each employee
