The Invitation to Bid is released by The City of Talladega Purchasing Department, which shall act as the sole point of contact for the administration of the bidding process. Questions should be directed to Renae Blackburn, Acting Municipal Services Director, (256) 362-8186 Extension 1078 or rblackburn@talladega.com.

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Department until 2:45 PM, Thursday, April 2,2020, and will be opened and read in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 255 South Street West, Talladega, Alabama 35160. Request your bid packet by emailing agarrett@talladega.com. 

Bidders shall provide 1 - Cellular Based Portable Topcon Hiper SR GPS collection system with batteries, pole,receiver, software, and FC5000 tablet or pre-approved equivalent with a minimum of two days training.

Owner requires the Project to be substantially completed within 45 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence running as dated in the Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment, which will not be made until materials are delivered.

Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of no less than 60 days after submission.

Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids
