Project Name: Heritage Hall Repairs 

The Purchasing Department will receive sealed bids until 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 4, 2020, and will be opened and read in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 255 South Street West, Talladega, Alabama 35160.

The Invitation to Bid is released by The City of Talladega Purchasing Department, which shall act as the sole point of contact for the administration of the bidding process.Information packets may be obtained by emailing requests to agarrett@talladega.com. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at 10:00 a.m. July 28, 2020, at 200 South Street East, Talladega, AL.

The work shall consist of repairs to degraded brick and mortar inside the basement, and repairs and painting of the exterior windows of the Heritage Hall Museum located at 200 South Street East in the City of Talladega.

The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids.
