Reconnection

If any customer's service has been disconnected for any reason shown on the Disconnection of Service web page,  Talladega Water & Sewer must have on hand a security deposit in the full amount required for new service before the service is restored.

TWS will charge an additional fee for reconnecting the service if account was disconnected for any reason other than request of customer.

The entire amount of bill due should be paid in advance, as well as the deposit and appropriate reconnection fees before service is reconnected.
