The City of Talladega is actively seeking bids from qualified bidders for the supply of one multipurpose excavator and miscellaneous and pertinent parts. The successful bidder shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment,materials, etc. required for the system to perform and work in full accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions.

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Department until 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 19,2018 and will be opened and read in the Council Chambers of City Hall,located at 255 South Street West, Talladega, Alabama 35160 and publicly read out loud.

Addenda and other bidding information will be issued only to holders registered with the Purchasing Department.

 The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
